I'm Tal (they/them), and I want to help you have more compassion for yourself while learning how to reconnect with your mind and body.
My diverse professional background includes 15+ years of experience in NY, NJ and PA in Healthcare, Childcare, Birthwork, Non-profit Queer & Trans Advocacy, and as a Holistic Coach, Herbalist, Artist, and Intuitive Reader. Having cared and advocated for folx of all ages at all stages of their lives, engaged in hours of continuing education and training, as well as reconnecting with my own body and Queer Trans Non Binary identity after giving birth has allowed me to develop a unique perspective that is grounded in compassion, empathy, and a deep appreciation for being present for your life as it is RIGHT NOW.
As a Holistic Sensual Coach, Certified Herbalist, Birthworker, and Intuitive Reader, I support folx in SLOWING DOWN and SOFTENING into the changes life throws your way, expected or not, joyous and otherwise, with a focus on
Mind-Body connections and Sensory Exploration.

1:1 Holistic Sensual Coaching
Bringing together everything I offer to help you embrace, embody, and hopefully find joy in your life and body RIGHT NOW by slowing down and softening into a life with more compassion for yourself and others. Includes full herbal consult, weekly 60 minute calls, and weekly emails with personalized recommendations and more!
$150/session
Herbal Medicine Consultations
As a Certified Herbalist my passion is helping folx reconnect to their innate relationship to Plant Allies. Together we will explore any current and/or long term concerns to find the best plant medicines and best use for your body and mind. Includes 60-90 min initial consult followed by in depth herbal recommendations & directions for use, plus more!
$75/hour
Reproductive Doula Services
Prenatal Coaching and Education, Postpartum Doula Support, Abortion Doula Services, Lactation Support and Education, and Private In-Home Childbirth Education classes, all personalized for wherever you are in your journey right now.

Tarot and Birth Chart Readings
What did the stars and planets have to say when you were born? What can the cards tell you about your situation now? Available virtually via email, I offer an Intuitive approach to both Tarot and Astrology readings that helps my clients better understand their life right now.

If you are unable to pay the full fee for any of my services, I offer up to 50% off based on need. BIPOC & LGBTQIA+ folx and fellow disabled folx prioritized. Please reach out with what you can afford and together we will find the right options for you .
Pro bono & Pay what you can services
This includes ALL Abortion Support options, no one will be turned away from service due to inability to pay.
By paying full price for my services when able to, you provide availability for Pro Bono and PWYC services.
